Norbrook Awards Southern Regional College Top Students
The Southern Regional College in Newry has announced the winners of the annual Norbrook Prize which is awarded to three students who have completed a full-time further education programme of study at the SRC and who demonstrate that they have the skills and attributes most relevant for future employment.
Michael Finan was awarded the top prize of £5,000 while Antonia Gallagher and Kyle Robinson were each awarded runner-up prizes of £3,000 each.
Ms Sharon Doran, Regional PR Executive, Norbrook Laboratories Ltd presented the Norbrook Prize to the successful students at the SRC Graduation Ceremony on 2nd September 2011.
Norbrook has long-established links with the Southern Regional College. Speaking at the Graduation ceremony, Mr Brian Doran, Chief Executive, SRC commented: “The Norbrook Prize is an exceptional award and a great incentive for our students. I would like to congratulate the three students on winning the award and thank Norbrook Laboratories Ltd for their continued support of our college.”
