Veterinary Practice Management Association Congress 2012, 26th- 28th of January
Norbrook Laboratories (GB) Ltd started the year with attendance and major sponsorship of the Veterinary Practice Management Association Congress 2012 (VPMA), which took place in Kenilworth, Leicestershire towards the end of January.
The promotion of the newly launched Propentofylline product, indicated for improving dullness, lethargy and general demeanour in dogs, gave Norbrook a fantastic opportunity to meet with veterinary practice managers from across the country and to detail this exciting new addition to the product portfolio. The product was warmly received with plenty of positive comments on both the lively design of the campaign and the opportunities for use of this product in practice. It was also endorsed by Ms. Pauline Graham (Director), the newly appointed VPMA President and Capontree Vets’ Practice Manager, who said she was “pleased to see Norbrook offering this product as another high quality and cost effective addition to their small animal range.”
Norbrook sponsored the main HR boot camp sessions which proved to be hugely popular and motivational (lots of great management and training tips from Sheila and Mark from VMC-Inc. during seminar lectures).
The congress, as always, provided a variety of entertaining social events which the Norbrook team had no trouble being persuaded to participate in- creating balloon models and belly dancing with the best of them at the Thursday night “Generation Game” and networking at the Norbrook sponsored Gala Dinner on the Friday.
Overall, the event proved to be a productive and enjoyable time for all delegates, so a special thank you should go to the VPMA for organizing another successful congress this year.
