Lillian Cromie
Director of R&D, Regulatory & Intellectual Property
Lillian joined Norbrook having completed a PhD in biomedical sciences at University of Ulster in 1991, followed by a law degree at Queens’ University in 1993. Lillian has held a number of senior management positions, having first established the Regulatory Affairs function within the company, and over the next 20 years led the Regulatory and Research and Development Departments in the development and registration of all new products on an international level. In 2009 she also became a Qualified Person (QP) and was appointed the Director of Science in 2012. Lillian currently leads the Scientific function encompassing oversight of research and development, regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities and is a member of the Leadership Team bringing 30 years’ industrial pharmaceutical business experience to her role.
