About Norbrook®: A Rich History

Headquartered in Newry, Northern Ireland, Norbrook has been providing bioequivalent veterinary pharmaceuticals to the global veterinary market for more than 50 years. 

Since 1988, Norbrook has been a trusted and valued partner to veterinary pharmaceutical distributors and veterinary health care teams throughout the U.S. That year, we gained FDA approval for our first U.S. farm animal product, and approval in 2009 for our first U.S. companion animal product, a bioequivalent carprofen tablet.

Over the years, Norbrook has brought numerous additional bioequivalent companion animal products in the NSAID, antibiotic and parasiticide categories to the U.S. market — including five in 2022 alone.
