Liam joined Norbrook in February 2015 as Chief Executive Officer. Since joining Norbrook, Liam has strengthened the Leadership Team and implemented a 5-year strategic plan driving year-on-year growth. Liam was appointed Chairman & CEO in August 2019.

Liam has more than 30 years’ international business experience in finance, operations, marketing as well as mergers and acquisitions and has held senior roles in a range of industries throughout his career.

Prior to joining Norbrook, Liam was Chairman of SISK Group’s construction and healthcare businesses from 2014 to 2015, having previously held the position of Chief Executive of SISK Group from 2008-2014.

In 2003 Liam became Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Bookham Technology, where he was appointed President and Chief Operations Officer in 2004. Prior to this, Liam was a senior executive at Intel from 1994 to 1997 and led the start up for Bay Networks Europe as Vice-President of Operations from 1997-1998. When Nortel Networks acquired Bay Networks in 1998, he held a number of senior roles in Nortel.

Kevin joined Norbrook in March 2022, as Chief Commercial Officer, providing leadership and strategic direction to the Commercial Team driving high standards of performance to deliver growth and enhance customer relationships.

Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in the private and public sectors at the most senior levels of organisations.  Kevin started his career at Unilever, ultimately leading European R&D teams across multiple countries.  After completing his MBA in Switzerland, Kevin joined Baxter where he had a long and distinguished career of 15 years.  Kevin’s key roles were Director of European Strategy, Leader of the Nordic & Baltic Region, Managing Director of Middle East & Africa, culminating in Kevin’s appointment of Kevin as President of Baxter for their Emerging Markets EMEA Region.

Kevin then joined the public sector and worked in China for several years representing the UK Government to help UK Life Sciences companies with business in China, stimulate Chinese state and private investment into the UK Health sector and drive co-operation between China and the UK Governments.

In 2019, Kevin joined Invest NI and successfully led that organisation for 3 years before joining us in March 2022.

Oliver McAllister joined Norbrook in 2023 from Dale Farm where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer since 2020. At Dale Farm, which is leading dairy business with a turnover in excess of £600m, Oliver developed a business strategy which successfully achieved a trebling of net profitability over a 3 year period.  Oliver was also responsible for raising £150m, for capex and working capital needs. Oliver has over 23 years’ experience in finance, having spent the early part of his career at PwC, before joining Garvagh Investment Group as Finance Director in 2008. In this family-owned business, Oliver was responsible for leading the finance function and providing strategic & commercial guidance. In 2013, Oliver returned to PwC as a Director, leading complex client projects. In 2017, he was appointed as Group Finance Director of Foyle Food Group where his focus areas included margin enhancement, cost control, working capital improvements as well as improving business planning. Oliver holds a BSc Finance from Queen’s University Belfast and is a Chartered Accountant.

Martin has over 25 years' experience in Norbrook and took up his current role as Company Secretary & Director of Legal Affairs in 2016 where has responsibility for ensuring Board Governance in addition to leading the Legal and Construction teams. Prior to this, Martin held the position of Finance Director for many years, where he led the Finance, IT and Legal teams supporting the business globally. Martin started his career in Norbrook in 1988 as Financial Controller.  Before joining Norbrook, Martin trained as a Chartered Accountant with Belfast Chartered Accountants Muir & Addy and gained post qualification experience with Touche Ross. Martin studied economics and accountancy at Queen's University Belfast.

Denise joined Norbrook in May 2015 as HR Director having previously held positions as Head of HR for OpenHydro Group and HR Director for Coca-Cola HBC Island of Ireland. Since joining Norbrook, Denise has led the People Strategy to enhance employee engagement and develop a great place to work. Denise has more than 20 years HR experience. Denise has a PhD in chemistry and started her career in the professional body for chemists – Royal Society of Chemistry (1995 – 1999). Denise then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry in GlaxoSmithKline (UK) where she held various senior HR roles (2000 – 2007) before returning to Ireland to work for Coca-Cola HBC Island of Ireland, rising to the position of HR Director in 2012. She then joined OpenHydro Group as Head of HR where she had responsibility for HR, Facilities and Communications.

Cathy joined Norbrook in 2015 as Director of Quality. Since joining Norbrook, Cathy has implemented best in class Quality standards and been instrumental in the design & construction of new QC laboratories. Previously, Cathy held roles as Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development at Warner Chilcott Ltd, UK (now Allergan) and site leader for Warner Chilcott Ireland, Dundalk, Ireland. Cathy has more than 15 years of pharmaceutical experience. Cathy has a PhD in Analytical Chemistry/Biochemistry and started her career as a post-doctoral research fellow at the Queen’s University of Belfast. She then transitioned to Galen Ltd, UK in 1999 where she worked in Regulatory Affairs before moving to Pharmaceutical Development with Warner Chilcott Ltd, UK in 2002. Cathy held senior roles in development before rising to the position of Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development with responsibility for product development, drug discovery, clinical supplies delivery, global technical services and was site leader for Warner Chilcott, Ireland.

Lillian joined Norbrook having completed a PhD in biomedical sciences at University of Ulster in 1991, followed by a law degree at Queens’ University in 1993. Lillian has held a number of senior management positions, having first established the Regulatory Affairs function within the company, and over the next 20 years led the Regulatory and Research and Development Departments in the development and registration of all new products on an international level. In 2009 she also became a Qualified Person (QP) and was appointed the Director of Science in 2012. Lillian currently leads the Scientific function encompassing oversight of research and development, regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities and is a member of the Leadership Team bringing 30 years’ industrial pharmaceutical business experience to her role.

Joanne joined Norbrook in 2021 where she became Head of Project Management. Joanne is a member of the Leadership team with responsibility for the Project Management function while supporting the business in driving the strategic initiatives for ongoing success. 

Joanne has over 14 years' experience in the manufacturing industry, having started her career in Randox Toxicology as a Validations Scientist before being promoted to Team Leader and then R&D Manager.  In March 2020, Joanne was promoted Head of Clinical Laboratory Services leading the largest Covid Testing lab in Europe. Joanne holds a PhD in Molecular & Cellular Pathology.
