As a class, cyclooxygenase inhibitory NSAIDs like FIROX may be associated with gastrointestinal, kidney, or liver side effects. Dogs should be evaluated for pre-existing conditions and currently prescribed medications prior to treatment with FIROX, then monitored regularly while on therapy.
