Conrad joined Norbrook in September 2026 as Head of Commercial Operations - Rest of World.
Conrad has over 15 years’ experience leading global operations, driving business transformation and scaling international organisations across chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and animal health industries. He has led market expansion initiatives, investment strategies and delivered revenue growth.
In his early career, Conrad joined Calier (a veterinary pharmaceutical company) as Export Area Manager before being promoted to General Manager, Calier Deutschland. Conrad subsequently joined HIPRA (a Spanish biotech pharmaceutical company focusing on animal and human health) as Regional Manager Europe, progressing to Zone Director Americas where he led regional operations and managed 8 subsidiaries. In 2021, Conrad was appointed Zone Director, Asia & Oceania in HIPRA where he led regional business operations across Asia-Pacific and managed 11 subsidiaries in the region. In 2022, Conrad joined ECO Animal Health Group PLC as International Sales Director where he defined international growth strategy across Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Conrad was appointed CEO of Tradebe in 2024, a business invested in environmental services, life sciences and health & nutrition.
