Denise Collins
People & Culture Director 
Denise rejoined Norbrook in April 2026 as People & Culture Director and has over 25 years’ HR experience across the pharmaceutical, FMCG and not-for-profit sectors.
Denise started her career in the UK in the Royal Society of Chemistry before moving to GlaxoSmithKline where she ventured into HR, combining her technical knowledge with a passion for leadership and employee development. Denise returned to Ireland with her family in 2007, having spent 13 years in the UK and joined Coca-Cola HBC before returning to the pharmaceutical sector with Norbrook
Laboratories in 2015. There, Denise led a cultural transformation and established the award-winning “WeCare” programme driving high levels of employee involvement in a wide range of initiatives. After 10 years in Norbrook, Denise established her own HR consulting business – ForeBee Consulting – bringing her expertise to businesses across Ireland to strengthen their people strategies and organisational effectiveness. Denise rejoined Norbrook in 2026, to lead the people strategy to drive business growth.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Denise also holds a BSc in Chemistry and Maths from UCD and a PhD in Chemistry from Queen’s University Belfast.
