The Sales and Marketing team work hand in hand in Norbrook to promote and deliver high quality products to our customers. Their input to the New Product Development team helps to ensure that the products produced by Norbrook meet our customer and their clients’ needs and have practical application in the real world of veterinary practice, farming, equine business and pet ownership.
The many roles that the Sales and Marketing organisation encompasses include Commercial Strategy and Portfolio Development who decide which products are suitable for which regions and the commercial rational for maintaining, developing and enhancing new and existing product ranges.
In addition to contributing to a strategic view of the market and providing forecasts for planning and finance, the Sales and Marketing functions encompass the Field Sales Teams throughout the world who are the face of Norbrook for our customers. They are vital in maintaining relationships and working with the Marketing team to ensure that customers are provided with the support they need, when they need it.
