Liam joined Norbrook in February 2015 as Chief Executive Officer. Since joining Norbrook, Liam has strengthened the Leadership Team and implemented a 5-year strategic plan driving year-on-year growth.

Liam has more than 30 years’ international business experience in finance, operations, marketing as well as mergers and acquisitions and has held senior roles in a range of industries throughout his career.

Prior to joining Norbrook, Liam was Chairman of SISK Group’s construction and healthcare businesses from 2014 to 2015, having previously held the position of Chief Executive of SISK Group from 2008-2014.

In 2003 Liam became Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Bookham Technology, where he was appointed President and Chief Operations Officer in 2004. Prior to this, Liam was a senior executive at Intel from 1994 to 1997 and led the start up for Bay Networks Europe as Vice-President of Operations from 1997-1998. When Nortel Networks acquired Bay Networks in 1998, he held a number of senior roles in Nortel.

JP joined Norbrook in 2016. Before taking up his role with Norbrook, JP worked with ARYZTA, a global food business, for 11 years, most recently as Managing Director for ARYZTA’s European and Asia Pacific Bakeries business. Prior to this he was the Chief Financial Officer for ARYZTA Europe.

JP’s early career focused on auditing, commencing with a role within the Audit team in PWC, and progressing to more senior roles as Group Internal Auditor for the Irish Dairy Board, and Head of Internal Audit at IAWS Group. JP is responsible for managing Norbrook’s Finance & IT functions. He is a Chartered Accountant, having previously obtained a degree in International Commerce with French from University College Dublin.

Martin has over 25 years' experience in Norbrook and took up his current role as Company Secretary & Director of Legal Affairs in 2016 where has responsibility for ensuring Board Governance in addition to leading the Legal and Construction teams. Prior to this, Martin held the position of Finance Director for many years, where he led the Finance, IT and Legal teams supporting the business globally. Martin started his career in Norbrook in 1988 as Financial Controller.  Before joining Norbrook, Martin trained as a Chartered Accountant with Belfast Chartered Accountants Muir & Addy and gained post qualification experience with Touche Ross. Martin studied economics and accountancy at Queen's University Belfast.

Cathy joined Norbrook in 2015 as Director of Quality. Since joining Norbrook, Cathy has implemented best in class Quality standards and been instrumental in the design & construction of new QC laboratories. Previously, Cathy held roles as Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development at Warner Chilcott Ltd, UK (now Allergan) and site leader for Warner Chilcott Ireland, Dundalk, Ireland. Cathy has more than 15 years of pharmaceutical experience. Cathy has a PhD in Analytical Chemistry/Biochemistry and started her career as a post-doctoral research fellow at the Queen’s University of Belfast. She then transitioned to Galen Ltd, UK in 1999 where she worked in Regulatory Affairs before moving to Pharmaceutical Development with Warner Chilcott Ltd, UK in 2002. Cathy held senior roles in development before rising to the position of Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development with responsibility for product development, drug discovery, clinical supplies delivery, global technical services and was site leader for Warner Chilcott, Ireland.

Dominic joined Norbrook in 2015 after a number of years providing Supply Chain Management Consultancy services to the SME sector. Since joining Norbrook, Dominic has completed a review of Supply Chain and implemented new systems & processes to better meet customers' needs.  Prior to that, Dominic was the Business Planning and Programme Manager at Intel Ireland. With more than 25 years’ of Supply Chain Management and Lean Six Sigma experience, Dominic has worked in senior management positions at Intel and Digital Equipment. At Intel Ireland, Dominic was part of the 200mm wafer fabrication start up team and was a key player in managing the factory ramp. While at Intel Corporation, in the US, Dominic managed the Pentium Processor Divisional Planning and the Mobile Chipset Divisional Planning organisations. As a member of Intel’s Flash Memory team, Dominic played a key role in supply chain management and the negotiation and maintenance of multiple customer supply agreements. Dominic was previously regional chair of the Irish Production & Inventory Control Society.

Denise joined Norbrook in May 2015 as HR Director having previously held positions as Head of HR for OpenHydro Group and HR Director for Coca-Cola HBC Island of Ireland. Since joining Norbrook, Denise has led the People Strategy to enhance employee engagement and develop a great place to work. Denise has more than 20 years HR experience. Denise has a PhD in chemistry and started her career in the professional body for chemists – Royal Society of Chemistry (1995 – 1999). Denise then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry in GlaxoSmithKline (UK) where she held various senior HR roles (2000 – 2007) before returning to Ireland to work for Coca-Cola HBC Island of Ireland, rising to the position of HR Director in 2012. She then joined OpenHydro Group as Head of HR where she had responsibility for HR, Facilities and Communications.

Kieran has been with Norbrook since 2006 serving as Finance Director for the UK business (6 years) and Deputy Commercial Director (Group) for the last 3 years. Over the last 9 years Kieran has supported the commercial operations in the UK and EU business units, and in March 2015 took up the role as Executive Assistant to the newly appointed company CEO where he is responsible for facilitating the Strategic Planning cycle. A Chartered Accountant, Kieran has held senior finance positions in PWC, ESB (Dublin), and TMP (Australia). Kieran holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Accounting from University College Cork.

Lillian joined Norbrook having completed a PhD in biomedical sciences at University of Ulster in 1991, followed by a law degree at Queens’ University in 1993. Lillian has held a number of senior management positions, having first established the Regulatory Affairs function within the company, and over the next 20 years led the Regulatory and Research and Development Departments in the development and registration of all new products on an international level. In 2009 she also became a Qualified Person (QP) and was appointed the Director of Science in 2012. Lillian currently leads the Scientific function encompassing oversight of research and development, regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities and is a member of the Leadership Team bringing 30 years’ industrial pharmaceutical business experience to her role.

Martin has over 25 years' experience in Norbrook and took up his current role as Company Secretary & Director of Legal Affairs in 2016 where has responsibility for ensuring Board Governance in addition to leading the Legal and Construction teams. Paschal has been with Norbrook since 2015. He was formerly with GSK Consumer Healthcare where he held a number of different roles. From 1998- 2005 he was Finance Director and Operational Excellence Program Lead (Lean & Six Sigma) for GSK Consumer Supply Chain Ireland. From 2005 until 2007 he was Operations Director for GSK Consumer Healthcare manufacturing facility supplying OTC and medical devices to Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The following year Paschal led a strategic procurement review for the GSK global supply chain before becoming site Director for two FDA approved GSK manufacturing facilities in the USA, one supplying Oral Care Toothpaste and the other producing a combination of OTC Analgesics and Medical Devices primarily for the US and Canadian Markets.

Richard joined Norbrook in 2015. He was previously with Novartis Animal Health where he had been Global Head of Marketing. Richard has more than 30 years local and global sales, marketing and general management experience. He held a variety of local sales and marketing management positions in J&J (Janssen) between 1984 to 2001, primarily in the animal health sector, then led Global Marketing for the Pharmacia Animal Health Companion Animal & Ruminants businesses (2001-2003) followed by heading up Global Marketing for Companion Animal Parasiticides for Novartis Animal Health in 2004. He then held a number of Global Marketing Category Head roles for Novartis, before becoming Head of Global Marketing. In 2009, Richard became Operating Unit Head (NW Europe) for Novartis OTC Division. He was appointed Global Head of Marketing at Novartis Animal Health in 2011.
